For a school project, I created a self-portrait of another artist in their own style. I was assigned Llew Mejia, a pattern artist known for his love of flora and his tendency to keep a low public profile. Inspired by this, I envisioned and illustrated a portrait of Mejia, subtly hidden behind the lush, intricate flora that he so frequently incorporates into his work. This project allowed me to explore his distinctive style while adding a personal interpretive touch.
